Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from dirbalk.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. In short: we sell in Jordan, you pay on delivery, and we'll make it right if something's wrong.

Orders

To place an order you register with your name, email and phone number. An order is confirmed once we've contacted you on WhatsApp to confirm your address. If a piece sells out before then, we'll tell you and cancel that part of the order — you won't be charged for it.

Prices & payment

Prices are in Jordanian Dinars (JD). Payment is cash on delivery. Delivery fees depend on your area and are confirmed with you before shipping.

Delivery

We deliver within Jordan, usually in 2–4 business days from confirmation. Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address you give us.

Exchanges & defects

You can exchange a piece within 7 days of delivery if it's in its original condition — unworn outside the house, unwashed, with all details and tags intact. If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll exchange it or refund you in full. How exchanges work.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by messaging us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Our designs

The DIRBALK name, logo, designs, photos and text on this site belong to DIRBALK. Please don't reuse them without asking.

Privacy

We ask for as little as we can, and we keep it to ourselves.

What we collect

• Your account: name, email and phone number.
• Your orders: the shipping address, city and optional location link you give us at checkout, and what you ordered.
• Site usage: anonymous analytics (Google Analytics) about which pages are visited, so we can improve the site.

How we use it

Only to run DIRBALK: to deliver your order, confirm it with you on WhatsApp, send you order emails and sign-in links, and — if you've opted in — tell you about new drops. We don't sell your data and we don't share it for advertising. Your details are shared with a delivery company only as far as needed to get your order to you.

On your device

Your cart, wishlist, sign-in and (if you choose) saved shipping details are stored in your browser on your device. Logging out clears your sign-in.

Storage

Your information is stored securely and kept only for as long as it's needed.
