Shipping
After you order, we'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm your address before shipping — so make sure your number is right.
Delivery fees depend on your area; we confirm them with you before the order goes out. Online card payments are coming soon.
We currently ship within Jordan only.
Returns & exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is in its original condition — not worn outside the house, not washed, with all its details and tags intact.
Something wrong with it? If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect — rare, but it happens — send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it out directly: an exchange or a full refund.
To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number (DB-XXXX). The easiest way to avoid one: check the size guide below before you order.

How do I pay?
Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Card payments online are coming soon.
Do I need an account to order?
You can browse everything without one. To buy, we just need your name, email and phone number — it takes a few seconds, and it's how we reach you about your order.
How do I sign in?
No passwords. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we'll send you a link — open it on the same phone or laptop and you're in.
Which size should I take?
Everything in Collection 01 is cut oversized. Compare the size guide with a piece you already own and love the fit of. Between two sizes? Size down for a neater fit, or stay for the full oversized look.
How do I care for raw denim?
Wear it a lot, wash it rarely. The first wash alone, cold water, inside out — raw indigo can transfer color at first. Hang to dry. It will fade to your shape over time; that's the point.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as you can.
Where can I see my orders?
In your account — every order and its status, plus your saved address and wishlist.
