Need a different size? Exchanges are possible within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is in its original condition — not worn outside the house, not washed, with all its details intact.
Every piece has its own number. An exchange means a different piece — a different number — in your size.
To avoid this altogether, check the size guide on each product page before you order — measurements in centimeters, with an easy way to compare against something you already own.
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect — rare, but it happens — send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it out directly: exchange or full refund.
